Others would prefer to make their day all about them and what they want. Some couples want to spend their wedding day completely on their own. Elopements are intimate and beautiful. Although, it seems a lot of couples want some thing that almost falls in the middle.

Maybe a small venue for an intimate ceremony and reception, but somewhere that’s still outside and incredibly gorgeous. Does this possibly sound like what you’re looking for? If so, keep reading, because I’m going to be talking about the best elopement venues in Oregon. Some of these venues are incredibly cheap and some are on the pricier end of things, but each and everyone of these venues is somewhere stunningly beautiful and equipped to host some guests! (Some more than others.)

Mt. Hood Ski Bowl

Mount hood ski bowl is an elopement venue in Oregon that has incredible views of Mount Hood. This lovely location also gets filled with wild flowers in the summer. The venue sets halfway up the mountain. How do you get there? You ride a ski lift to the venue. Here there is a place to get ready, have a ceremony, and have a reception. How do you get down? You can ride those same ski lifts back down, or they have Alpine slides!

This location would be ideal for couples that want to still have some traditional wedding aspects mixed in to a gorgeous outdoor location with a ton of fun and unique elements sprinkled in. The venue can actually hold quite a few guests.

Loloma Lodge

Loloma Lodge is a venue in McKenzie River, Oregon. This location is a mossy forested wonderland. There are A-frame cabins along the property. You are any of your guests are able to stay in these A-frames. There are also larger cabins on the property that can be used for getting ready. There’s a large open area with a building that includes the kitchen. This way a catering stuff is able to cook whatever dinner you would like. This location gives camping on the river vibes, they have lawn games, a fire pit, gardens, and so much more.

This would be a great location if you want to get the feel of an outdoor wedding that is calm and relaxed, but still have a place to get ready and a place to host a reception for your guests.

Timberline Lodge

Timberline Lodge is a very unique elopement venue in Oregon. It’s a very beautiful hotel that offers snowboarding and skiing. In the summer it’s a known destination for hiking. Timberline Lodge offers a few different locations for weddings. What is special about them is they have locations and packages specifically for intimate weddings and elopements.

Timberline would be the perfect venue for a couple who maybe wants to take a hike and get incredible views of the mountain for their portraits or during their ceremony. Although, it’s also a great location to not miss out on the luxury. Timberline makes incredible menus, has great hotel rooms to large gas, and so much more. If you’re looking for something intimate, outdoors in the mountains, but don’t want to miss out on the finer things, this is a great spot for you.

Five Oak Farms

Have you ever considered a camping elopement? Want to be on acres of private property with just you and the people closest to you? Maybe all of that sounds great to you but you want to still be able to have a formal dinner, possibly an indoor area. Look no further than five Oak Farms. Their staff sets up gorgeous canvas tents for glamping, has an incredible barn for indoor ceremonies, and lovely outdoor seating with a fire stove for pizza.

This location is perfect for couples who want to have a very outdoorsy and campy feel to their wedding, but still want enough room and amenities for their guests. As well as a place to eat, drink, dance, and do the damn thing (get married!)

Mt. Hood Organic Farms

Maybe you love the idea of a small wedding, and being outdoors in nature, but don’t want to give up having a beautiful indoor venue. If so, then Mt. Hood Organic farms will be one of the best elopement venues in Oregon for you. Mount hood organic farm sits on acres of land with incredible views of Mount Hood. The flowers all around the property are stunning, and there’s trails for your guests to explore.

The venue itself is stunning, with its checkered floors and floor to ceiling windows. The incredible mix of elegance while feeling secluded in nature and being able to see it all day through the glass windows is an experience like no other. Say your vows with the mountain as your witness and then dance with your loved ones. Followed up with dinner and sunset, who wouldn’t want an elopement wedding here?

Black Butte Ranch

Black Butte Ranch is a venue in Bend, Oregon. If you like the idea of an intimate wedding with around 50 guests or so, and want to be on a lake with your loved ones with an incredible location to say your vows and have dinner, I would say this is been one of the best elopement venues in Oregon for you.

Black Butte Ranch host regular weddings as a conceit up to 200 people. Although, the seclusion in nature plus the ability to curate some thing intimate with their coordinator Will leave you feeling like you don’t have to have a traditional welling or the need to fill up all the space at Black Butte has to offer. You can instead treat it as your own personal wonderland with those closest to you.

Elk Lake

We have talked about a lot of the best elopement venues in Oregon. Although, maybe you’re looking for something that feels really casual yet beautiful. Are you thinking having friends and family there while you say your vows in front of a lake and Mount bachelor? And then having a barbecue or some burgers and dancing with drinks? If so, Elk Lake is an awesome choice.

Not only is it beautiful and cheap. You can also rent out the cabins on the property so that you can lodge guests right where your elopement will take place.

Brasada Ranch

Brasada Ranch is on the fancier side of things. But, this is another venue that has the option to host and elopement ceremony within their packages. They even have a ceremony location that is small and Internet that you get to on horseback. They have incredible other venues on top of that, the best food, and they were rated to have had the best spa in Oregon.

Brasada would be a perfect choice for you if you want to have a unique intimate ceremony location but follow it up with some lavish food and the reception with friends and family, maybe around a bonfire or having drinks! Maybe you even do a massage and facial in their spot the day before your elopement.

Mt. View Orchards

Mountain View Meadows is one of my favorite elopement venues in Oregon. You get incredible views all around you, and it’s on an orchard. You can actually walk around and pick the fruit. They also make alcoholic beverages with the fruit that they grew on their farm, and this can be served at your elopement. I love that this venue has a covered area but is still open and doesn’t take away from being outside.

This elopement venue is perfect for couples who want Mountain View’s, love orchards, possibly love fall, and want to be able to dance their heads off with people they love in the middle of the mountains.

Skyliner Lodge

Skyliner is in elopement venue in Bend, Oregon. This venue has recently started to get a bit more popular. This is because it is a small venue located within a Trail system overlooking cliffs and a river. On top of that, they have a small location to get ready and a place for caterers to make dinner. Last but definitely not least, they also have a dance floor within the pine trees on their property.

This venue is going to be perfect for couples who don’t want anything indoors. Yes, they do have a spot to get ready, but it’s dimly lit and outside of that there isn’t room for guests. This venue is also ideal for couples who only want a small amount of guests, as there isn’t a ton of room for tables and chairs. Maybe enough for a 30 to 40 person guest list!
