Big Sur lodge has an absolutely stunning outdoor area for weddings. They do also have indoor areas, however you really can’t beat that backdrop of the Redwoods. You can also easily accommodate guests here as they can stay in the lodge. This Big Sur Wedding venue allows up to 120 people.
Andrew Molera State Park
Andrew Molera State Park is a perfect Big Sur wedding venue for couples who want to elope. You’re only allowed to have up to 10 people here, but it’s a great location for actually being out in nature!
Garrapata State Park
This Big Sur wedding venue is one of my absolute favorites and is PERFECT for elopements. The coast and rolling hills are stunning on their own, but the wildflowers and greenery really make this place feel like a dream. It’s not very crowded which is an amazing bonus. You can have up to 25 people here!
Ancient Redwoods
Hello, redwoods. This Big Sur wedding venue is amazing for couples who just love really big trees. You can access trails that go through the redwoods, as well as the beach. Depending on location, you’re usually able to have 25 people here!
Wind and Sea
This is a perfect elopement or intimate wedding location. There’s a lot of privacy here, and it’s nice to have the option of an indoor and outdoor location. This Big Sur wedding venue boasts beautiful views of the ocean on the cliff-sides, and allows up to 60 people.
Point 16
This is another Big Sur wedding venue that can take place on a cliff side, overlooking the water. I love cliff side weddings and elopements, they’re unique and stunning. The natural setting makes any wedding here beautiful. You’re allowed to have 160 people here.
Big Sur Grange
This Big Sur wedding venue is another perfect option for couples who want to spend their day outside and be surrounded by nature. There are multiple locations to host your ceremony, and it allows up to 85 people. This location is great for somewhat larger weddings as well as elopements.
Pfeiffer Beach
Pfeiffer Beach is more of an elopement location than a Big Sur wedding venue. That’s mostly because it only allows 10 people. However, it’s a stunning coastal location and if you’re looking to have something small, this option is perfect.
